Getting six pack abs?
Okay, So im 16. 5′7 and about 150lbs. I have really low body fat, my abs are practically showing, I work out alot and I have muscles but my abs are like Visible..but not out. How should I work my abs? I drink almost a gallon of water a day, I eat fruits, And I dont eat any fatty foods. How many reps/sets per day and howmuch rest in between sets? Like if I have to do 200 a day, how many per set? 20 per set..rest 2 min.. continue? like that. Any ideas?
It’s okay to try different exercises to improve the muscle definition of your abs. But, the experts say that it isn’t possible for EVERYONE to have washboard abs, due to genetics. My husband is one of those. When I met him, he was in his late teens and very athletic. He was 145 lbs and 5′ 9.” He had a low body fat percentage and muscle definition in his arms and chest. However, no matter how much he worked his abs, his stomach always looked slightly rounded. Obviously, since I married him that means I liked him, anyway. It was more frustrating to him than it was a turn-off to me. Since that is his problem area, it affects his self-esteem.
Anyway, my point is this: Go ahead, work your abs and see what your genes are capable of. But don’t hold yourself to unattainable goals.
